2. General Information on Data Processing

We generally only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. Personal data is processed regularly only with the user's consent or on the basis of a legal permission, in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose for its storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

3. Provision of the Website and Creation of Log Files

Each time this website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing device. The following data is collected:

  • IP address of the accessing device (may be shortened/anonymized)
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the file retrieved
  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
  • Browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of the device
  • Name of the internet access provider

This data is stored in log files. This data is not combined with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website, as well as ensuring system security. The data is deleted once it is no longer required to achieve this purpose, typically after a short retention period.

This website is hosted by: ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, https://all-inkl.com/impressum/. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Cookies

This website does not currently use any cookies. No tracking, web analytics, or advertising services are employed. Should this change in the future (e.g. through the use of analytics tools), we will update this privacy policy accordingly and, where legally required, obtain your consent in advance.

5. Google Fonts

This website uses so-called Google Fonts for the uniform display of typefaces, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). When you access this website, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Google's servers in order to display them. This establishes a connection to Google's servers, during which your device's IP address may also be transmitted to Google.

The use of Google Fonts serves our interest in a uniform and visually appealing presentation of our online offering. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where corresponding consent has been obtained, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; such consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Further information on Google Fonts can be found in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Contact via Email

If you contact us by email (info@fmgi.de), the data you provide (your email address, and where applicable your name and phone number, as well as the content of your message) will be stored by us in order to process your inquiry. We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict its processing where statutory retention obligations apply.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your inquiry serves to initiate or fulfill a contract; otherwise, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR applies, based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.
